Blood sugar range over last 30 days: 76-120 (fasting – after meals).

Calories consumed in last seven days: 6,881.

Calories burned last week: 28,128.

Steps last week: 95,007

Miles walked last week: 44.81

Active minutes last week: 493

Macronutrients consumed last seven days: 45% carbs, 23% fat, 32% protein.
